Job Responsibilities

• Structure and manage logistics projects aligned with company operations and strategic goals
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify key business drivers and opportunities
• Develop and implement new operating models, providing recommendations to senior management
• Set up and monitor end-to-end processes, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives
• Identify and address impacts on customer/seller experience
• Develop strategies to acquire new business and increase revenue in courier services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and client needs
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to senior management and prospective clients
• Provide leadership and guidance across various functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

Qualification & Experience

• BE/BBA/MBA qualified from a reputed University
• Minimum 5 to 6 Years of Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Project management & Monetization
• Super exceptional analytical and project management skills
• Prior experience of Logistics Projects management would be a plus
