Refunds are not applicable for any courses, programs, or services on our e-learning platform, except for the Advanced LinkedIn Coaching programs.

Advanced LinkedIn Coaching Program Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality content and a valuable learning experience in our Advanced LinkedIn Coaching programs. However, if you feel that the program does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria for Refunds

A refund request will be considered invalid under the following circumstances:

1.  Community Participation: If you have not joined the community associated with the Advanced LinkedIn Coaching program.
2.  Attendance: If you do not attend the monthly live sessions provided as part of the program.
3.  Implementation: If you have not implemented the strategies taught in the program for a minimum of 60 days with consistency. Consistent implementation requires documented evidence of effort and application of the learned strategies.
4.  Email Communication: If you have opted out of receiving emails from us, which are crucial for updates, reminders, and additional support.
5.  Change of Heart: Refunds will not be provided for a simple change of heart or a change in personal circumstances.
6. Mistaken Purchases: Refunds will not be provided for purchases made by mistake or accidental orders. Please double-check before completing your purchase

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund for the Advanced LinkedIn Coaching program, please follow these steps:

2.  Provide Details: Include your full name, email address used for the program, LinkedIn profile link and a detailed explanation of why you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria mentioned above.
3.  Review Period: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or documentation to support your claim. This review process may take up to 5 business days.
4.  Decision Notification: You will be notified via email of the decision regarding your refund request. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
